This is the most authentic Peking Duck in DFW. Notice that they use crepes, not buns. As per the Bejing government website, the buns are for foreigners.
Most restaurants in America don’t roast their own Peking Ducks. They buy it from Chinese roast meat places, freeze them, then deep fry them when ordered.
BB roast their own duck. The skin is crisp and fragrant from roasting. Finished the meal with a shredded duck noodles.
We liked it so much that we came for lunch and dinner.
